It's Time to Plan your Spring and Summer Fast!

Dates for the 2008 Spring and Summer Vitality Fasting Retreat have been announced!

Our ever popular Vitality Fasting Retreat returns for Spring and Summer 2008, May 15-18 and August 2-8, and will be held at the Sequoia Retreat Center, a gorgeous sanctuary tucked away in the redwood forests near Santa Cruz, CA. We look forward to greeting new as well as experienced fasters at this year's retreats.

Edward Bauman, M.Ed., Ph.D., the program’s facilitator and inner travel guide, has crafted a unique program that brings together all the ingredients for self-healing. We are excited to be offering an innovative new series of educational classes in Boulder, Colorado featuring leading health experts. Learn about health and nutrition directly from Ed Bauman, Alison Anton, Lisa Turner, Jennifer Baccelieri, Charley Cropley and Brigitte Mars while enjoying a healthy gourmet dinner. Kidz Culinary Academy Summer Camp 2008

This summer KCA will offer Summer Camp at Bauman College Penngrove, with a choice of four sessions during the months of June and July.
