What the Bleep Should I Eat?

This class series will provide you with new ways to think about food and help you evaluate dietary information with greater clarity. In each class, you will learn basic knife skills and prepare delicious, dishes featuring fresh produce from the Farmers Market. Featured recipes include Chipotle BBQ Tofu, Chicken with Cilantro-Macadamia Pesto, and Peach Cobbler with Ginger-Vanilla Crème Fraiche. This is an excellent series for both beginning and intermediate cooks.

Marcella Friel, a Certified Whole Foods Chef, is a member of the Bauman College Faculty and has been teaching natural foods cooking since 1998. Marcella developed “The Vegetable of the Month Club”, a curriculum to teach seasonal cooking to low-income adults. She is currently the kitchen manager at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
