Allison "Allisone" Miller – Nutrition Consultant & Wellness Educator

Allison “Allisone” Miller was born, raised and still resides in beautiful Northern California. Her life’s work is to serve her community by helping others to find ways to feel good in their own bodies; positively enhancing their life experiences. She offers guidance and support to others as a nutrition & wellness educator. She serves her community and shares her passion for feeling good in one own’s body by offering holistic nutrition education classes & personal guidance, hoopdance classes, reiki, reiki drumming, massage therapy, guided visualizations, crystal therapy, and mindfulness exercises.

Allison is a holistic nutrition consultant and educator, graduating with honors from Bauman College in 2015. Allison also holds a B.A. from UC Davis, multiple HoopGirl & Hoopnotica hoopdance certifications, AFAA group fitness instructor certifiation, is a certified CA massage therapist (#30710 – & holds a 720 hour certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner from the Fair Oaks Massage Institute. Since 2007, she has been operating a full service hoopdance company,, which promotes the use of adult & child size hand made hula hoops for fitness, meditation and general well-being; offering classes, lessons, performances and custom hand-crafted hoops for all ages and abilities. Allison founded in 2013 to expand her range of holistic services to include nutrition education & energy/body work. At the end of 2015, Allison will begin studying to earn her Master’s Degree in Nutrition as well.
