Blueberry Oat Smoothie

In this smoothie, the milk alternative is made by blending groats. The word “groat” has origins in Scotland and means “a cereal of hull-less oats”. Oats help to lower LDL cholesterol levels and can soothe GERD while blueberries provide antioxidants that help protect against cell damage and inflammation. Bananas contain potassium to balance blood pressure. Aloe helps soothe the stomach. Flax, bee pollen, and ginger are added as booster foods.
