Cauliflower Mash
Cauliflower is a member of the cabbage family, and it is packed with fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Cauliflower also makes an excellent substitute for rice or potatoes.
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbs ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbs coconut aminos
  1. Steam cauliflower, 5–6 minutes, until tender.
  2. Transfer cauliflower and remaining ingredients into a food processor. Purée until smooth and creamy.
