Cashew Cream Cheese that will knock your socks off

I just recently nailed this recipe down ( let's use the term recipe lightly)

Soak roughly a cup of raw cashews over night
The next day toss them in the blender with:
1 teaspoon (ish) lemon juice
2 cloves raw garlic
1 tablespoon ACV
a pinch of salt
a tiny bit of water if your blender is struggling ( keep the water to a minimum)

blend the heck out of it.
Let this sit in the fridge for a few hours before you use it, its much tastier when cold, and then put it on All of the things.
