I have many friends with young babies who will soon transition from breastmilk. Knowing I'm in the Nutrition Program at Bauman they've asked for my opinion on what to feed their 10-18 month old babies as they transition off breastmilk. I'd love to present them with some well researched options, (as the general consensus can be so drastically different and confusing).

Does anyone have sound articles and research, and  personal experiences to share related to this?

Thank you!
Jessica

Have them take a look at Nourishing Our Children at https://nourishingourchildren.org.
Their book recommendations will help provide researched info.
