Fresh Juices and Healing Beverages – Recipe

The Bauman College Vitality Fasting Retreat is coming up in August.  Our next retreat is from August 4-10th at the serene Stillheart Institute, in Woodside, CA. I’m looking forward to the next few days of relaxation and rejuvenation, and facilitating this unique cleansing program. In preparation for the fast, we offer you some delicious ways to enjoy fresh juices and healing beverages at home, any time.  Here are a few of my favorite recipes for you to use to heal your digestive and eliminative organs, while you strengthen and balance your nerves and endocrine glands.
