Total Prep Time: 15 min

Ingredients

3 cups sorghum flour
2 cups brown rice flour
2/3 cup potato starch flour
1/3 cup tapioca starch flour
6 Tbs ground chia seed
1 Tbs + 1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 ¼ tsp fine sea salt
