Distance Learning (Nutrition Consultant)
» PROGRAM LENGTH – 19 MONTHS
The Nutrition Consultant Training Program is available online via distance learning. Our distance learning option brings the classroom to the students so those who live far away, have time constraints, or simply prefer to work from home can receive our nutrition training with a cohort of students in an online format. Students may begin the distance learning program at four specific times per year—February, May, August, and November.

With modules such as Narrative Health Coaching and Nutritional Counseling, and our uniquely tailored Bauman Business Institute curriculum, students are prepared to work as nutrition professionals and provide expert evaluation of and recommendations for diet, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle that will support their future clients to slow or reverse the progression of chronic illness and obtain optimal health.
Bauman College continues to support students upon graduation with Alumni Resources so that they have the tools they need to achieve their career goals and stay connected to the Bauman College community.
The science-based curriculum is presented in a variety of ways to appeal to diverse learning styles. Online multimedia lectures are augmented by comprehensive textbooks, workbooks, videos, and supplemental materials that keep the program fresh with the most current research. Students have the benefit of regular group virtual calls with peers and Bauman College Distance Learning Instructors who will guide them through the entire program. Additionally, distance learners have access to faculty through one-on-one office hours and can connect with other students through faculty-moderated discussion boards.
